El Ministerio de Gobierno, mediante resolución motivada, podrá declarar en cualquier tiempo la nulidad de la elección de dignatarios, o de una decisión que afecte el patrimonio o los aportes oficiales destinados a las Juntas de Acción Comunal, cuando en las mismas se violen las disposiciones legales o estatutarias.
