Los dueños de farmacias tienen un plazo de cuatro meses, a contar de la fecha de publicación de éste Decreto en el Diario Oficial , para proveerse de la autorización de que trata el artículo anterior. Los que no cumplan este requisito no podrán dar a la venta ni despachar recetas que contengan narcóticos, so pena de sufrir las sanciones señaladas en el artículo 5° de la Ley 118 de 1928. Les será igualmente prohibido el despacho de jeringuillas y agujas.
