ARTICULO 52 . En desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito podrá diseñar programas conjuntos con los transportadores autorizados o entidades gremiales de este sector, a fin de cumplir adecuadamente el objetivo de seguridad.
