La Organización Interna Y Sus Modificaciones Serán Determinadas Por La Junta Directiva, Pero Su Nomenclatura Se Ajustará A Las Siguientes Normas: A) Las Dependencias De Nivel Directivo Se Denominará Secretarias O Subdirecciones

La organización interna y sus modificaciones serán determinadas por la Junta Directiva, pero su nomenclatura se ajustará a las siguientes normas

Las dependencias de nivel directivo se denominará Secretarias o Subdirecciones.

Las dependencias que cumplen funciones de asesoría o coordinación se denominarán Oficinas y Comités y Consejos, cuando incluyan personas que no sean funcionaros del Centro.

Las dependencias operativas, incluidas las que atienden servicios administrativos internos se denominarán unidades, divisiones, secciones o grupos.

Las dependencias que se creen para el estudio o decisión de asuntos especiales se denominarán Comisiones o Juntas. CAPITULO V Régimen jurídico de los actos y contratos.
