En todos los casos en que la aplicación de agroquímicos garrapaticidas y productos similares se realice con violación del artículo 71 de este Decreto, o su disposición así como la de residuos líquidos radiactivos se lleve a cabo sin someterlos previamente a tratamiento especial, la autoridad competente impondrá las medidas de seguridad a que haya lugar.
