La letra i) del artículo 2.1.3.1.14. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así: "i) El porcentaje máximo que un solo constituyente puede mantener, por sí o por interpuesta persona, en el fondo. Dichos porcentaje no podrá exceder del cinco por ciento (5%) del valor del fondo, salvo durante los primeros seis meses de operación, en los cuales podrá, contemplarse un porcentaje mayor, conforme a lo que al respecto apruebe la Superintendencia Bancaria";
