Artículo único. Del 1.° de Octubre en adelante el porte de que tratan los artículos 1.° y 9.° del Decreto número 767, de 30 de Julio del corriente año, sobre Tarifa telegráfica de $ 2 y $ 0-20; por palabra se cobrara únicamente de veinte palabras en adelante. Las veinte primeras sólo pagarán $ 1 y $ 0-10, respectivamente.
