Trasládase en el Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de 1914, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Capítulo 84 - Ferrocarriles- artículo 633, la cantidad de sesenta y cuatro mil pesos ($ 64,000), a las siguientes imputaciones:

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones a que da lugar el presente Decreto.
