Art. 2.° En vista de los informes y comprobantes de que trata el artículo anterior, podrá el Ministro de Instrucción pública girar la orden de pago por los $ 4,000 de la subvención correspondiente al año de 1889, si de tales documentos resalta que en efecto tal gasto ha da tener una inversión provechosa y faenada para el Colegio de Pinillos.
