º. Registro y control. Las Direcciones Departamentales de Salud, deberán enviar a la Dirección de Recursos Humanos del Ministerio de Salud, la relación de los registros realizados en el mes inmediatamente siguiente, dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días de cada mes; la que deberá indicar el nombre y apellidos, identificación, número de registro y profesión.
