La licencia de funcionamiento tendrá una vigencia igual al término de existencia legal de la sociedad siempre y cuando conserve el objeto y la razón social bajo los cuales solicitó su personería jurídica. Para efectos del presente artículo, existirá en el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito un registro de inscripción de los nombres y distintivos de las empresas.
