Articulo 19 . El pago de los premios deberá efectuarse por los concesionarios en la sede principal o en su agencia, a partir del día hábil siguiente a la realización del correspondiente sorteo, mediante la presentación de la copia del respectivo formulario. El concesionario deberá acogerse al resultado de la investigación correspondiente, cuando se presente infracción por parte del apostador en alguno de los formularios premiados.
