Art. 27. Extinguido el derecho de las viudas o de los hijos, la asignación no pasará a las madres de los Jefes y Oficiales, porque según el artículo 5º de la Ley, éstas no lo tendrán sino cuando su hijo muera soltero o sin dejar viuda o hijos.
