QUORUM. La asistencia de la mitad de los representantes de las entidades asociadas hábiles, constituirá quórum para deliberar y adoptar decisiones válidas. Si dentro de la hora siguiente a la hora determinada en la convocatoria no se hubiere integrado este quórum, cuando se trate de administraciones cooperativas con más de veinte (20) entidades asociadas, la Asamblea podrá deliberar y adoptar decisiones válidas con un número de asociados no inferior a diez (10).
