Sesiones del Consejo

El Consejo se reunirá por convocatoria de su Presidente.

Celebrará una sesión ordinaria una vez al año. Además, el Presidente podrá reunir al Consejo por propia iniciativa; deberá reunirlo en un plazo de tres meses cuando lo solicite un tercio, por lo menos, de los Estados de la Unión.
