Articulo 54 . Las entidades concedentes expedirán un carné o credencial a los vendedores o colocadores del Juego de Apuestas Permanentes, Previa presentación del contrato laboral o de mandato civil o comercial que los vincule como dependientes de los concesionarios. El valor de esta credencial en 1984 será de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) y podrá reajustarse cada dos (2) años, a juicio del Ministerio de Salud, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del mercado y las conveniencias económicas de tal determinación.
