Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones impondrá las sanciones pecuniarias a que haya lugar en caso de violación de las disposiciones consagradas en el presente decreto, mediante resolución motivada. Para el efecto se dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el Título IV del Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990 y los pagos correspondientes deberán hacerse a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones.
