Liquidación parcial de cesantía. La liquidación parcial de cesantía de que trata el artículo 48 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971, se efectuará a solicitud del Agente o por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar, cuando éste lo autorice y la disponibilidad presupuestal lo permita.
