Artículo décimo. La licencia se expedirá en papel sellado y contendrá

Número;

Nombre del representante, vendedor o agente viajero;

Nacionalidad;

Estado Civil; Cédula de ciudadanía, extranjería o tarjeta postal de identidad; f) Domicilio; g) Casas de las cuales es representante, vendedor o agente viajero; h) Departamentos o Municipios en los cuales se le ha autorizado para trabajar; i) Fecha de su expedición.
