Artículo treinta y uno . Previos los estudios técnicos del caso, el Instituto de Fomento Industrial podrá suscribir hasta el 51% del capital de las empresas que reúnan las características que señala el artículo anterior. Las acciones que adquiera en tales empresas el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, podrán ser vendidas cuando considere que tal venta puede realizarse sin afectar los fines para los cuales había efectuado la inversión, y no haya motivos de interés publico que hagan inconveniente la enajenación, a juicio del Gobierno.
