Todas aquellas entidades comerciales, industriales y de investigación cuyas actividades estén directamente relacionadas con el ejercicio de la profesión de Ingeniero Químico, deberán tener a su servicio, por lo menos, un Ingeniero Químico titulado y matriculado de conformidad con las normas de la ley y del presente Decreto.
