Con base en el censo de que trata el artículo anterior, la Caja de Crédito, Industrial y Minero ofrecerá a cada propietario la celebración de un convenio en los términos que señala el artículo 5° de esta Ley. Si dentro de los sesenta días siguientes a la notificación de esa oferta, el propietario no se allanare a firmar tal convenio se procederá a la expropiación del respectivo terreno, conforme a las normas legales pertinentes.
