Artículo único. La información sumaria de que tratan los artículos 69 y 88 del Código Fiscal de 1912, se deberá practicar ante el Juez del Municipio en que estén ubicados los baldíos cuya adjudicación se pretende, y en defecto del Juez, ante el Alcalde del mismo Municipio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
