Artículo primero. La documentación completa encaminada a obtener permiso para el ejercicio de la odontología o la farmacia de que trata el Decreto extraordinario número 124 del año en curso, en sus artículos 3° a 6°, debe ser presentada dentro del término improrrogable de cuatro (4) meses, contados a partir del ocho (8) de marzo en curso, día en que entró a regir tal estatuto.
