Si el Tribunal juzgare que para fallar necesita ver algunas pruebas que no estén presentes; si el acto de la audiencia se prolongare por más tres horas, o si hubiere de suspenderse por cualquier otra causa, señalará el Presidente otro u otros días dentro de cinco de los siguientes, para oír a las partes.
