Art. 8º. Los particulares que en la fecha en que empiece a regir este decreto tengan naipes para la venta, podrán venderlos, siempre que paguen a favor del concesionario un impuesto igual al aumento de precio que éste, de acuerdo con el artículo 6º del mismo decreto, haya fijado a los naipes.
