El Director hará la venta legal de las barras que resulten y deducirá de su valor los gastos de empaque, transporte, seguro, fundición y ensaye y los demás que cobre la Casa de Moneda. Del remanente deducirá, además, el valor del porcentaje que corresponda a la Nación en el producto de las minas, de acuerdo con cada contrato, y pagará a cada contratista su respectiva participación.
