Art. 2° Los datos expresados en el artículo anterior se pasarán por los Inspectores generales de Instrucción Pública en Febrero y Agosto de cada año á los Gobernadores de los Departamentos, con el fin de que estos funcionarios fijen los sueldos de que trata el presente Decreto, en consonancia con lo prescrito en el inciso 8° del artículo 167 del Código Político y Municipal.
