El día 20 de cada mes, la Sección de Sueldos de Retiro presentará a la Comisión de Sueldos de Retiro un proyecto de fallo de devolución de cuotas del 2 por 100, que contendrá la liquidación de todas las solicitudes que .hayan llegado al Ministerio en el curso del mes, fallo que, una vez revisado y confrontado, se firmará por el Presidente y el Secretario de la Comisión.
