º A partir de 1º de noviembre de 1950 suprímense las tasas denominadas "Sellos de Garantía" establecidas en el Decreto legislativo 690 de 1950 par medicamentos y alimentos preparados. Suprímense igualmente las tasas denominadas "Patentes de Sanidad" establecidas por el propio Decreto legislativo 690. En consecuencia, sólo continuarán en vigencia los "Sellos Garantía" para cosméticos y los "Carnets de Sanidad" de que trata el mencionado Decreto 690. No habrá lugar a devolución de las tasas pagadas hasta la expedición de este decreto por concepto de "Sellos de Garantía", porque éstas se causaron y se hicieron exigibles con el consumo legal de los medicamentos y alimentos.
