º. Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el inciso 20 del artículo 1º del Decreto 1953 de 1994 y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias en especial los decretos 207 de 1958, el numeral 7.3 del artículo 5º y el artículo 32 del Decreto 1953 de 1994.
