º . Suspensión de leyes incompatibles. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y durante su vigencia se suspenden los artículos 5º transitorio de la Ley 600 de 2000 y 14 de la Ley 733 de 2002, en cuanto son incompatibles con las presentes disposiciones.
