Artículo quinto . Las actividades de los organismos oficiales de crédito agrícola y del Instituto de Fomento Industrial que se crea por el presente Decreto, se desarrollarán en armonía con este plan de fomento económico, mediante la concesión de los créditos necesarios para su ejecución, y según las normas aquí consignadas y las del Decreto extraordinario sobre crédito agrícola que en esta misma fecha se dicta.
