ARTICULO 39

Derechos y aranceles consulares.

La oficina consular podrá percibir en el territorio del Estado receptor los derechos y aranceles que establezcan las leyes y reglamentos del Estado que envía para las actuaciones consulares.

Las cantidades percibidas en concepto de los derechos y aranceles previstos en el párrafo 1 de este artículo y los recibidos correspondientes, estarán exentos de todo impuesto y gravamen en el Estado receptor.
