Artículo cuarto. Los Bonos de Desarrollo Económico, segunda emisión de 1976, serán colocados por el noventa y ocho por ciento (98%) de su valor nominal, inscribiendo al tenedor o tenedores en el texto del título para efectos de la amortización, liquidación de intereses y control de los mismos y no tendrán liquidez primaria.
