ADMINISTRACIÓN Y VIGILANCIA. No podrán pertenecer a los consejos de administración, a las juntas de vigilancia o a los comités especiales de una entidad cooperativa de seguros, las personas que ejerzan cargos de representación legal o administración en otra u otras entidades cooperativas de seguros o en instituciones del sector asegurador sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
