Para el nombramiento o traslado de docentes oficiales en planteles cooperativos, tendrán prelación aquellos que además de los requisitos legales, hayan prestado sus servicios por contrato con las cooperativas o acrediten capacitación cooperativa no inferior a 20 horas.
