Artículo único. Otórgase una pension de cuarenta pesos mensuales á la viuda y huérfanos del Sargento Mayor Francisco Rozo. La mitad de esta pension corresponderá á la viuda, señora Dolóres Hoyos de Rozo, mientras permanezca en tal estado, y la mitad restante á sus hijos, hasta que lleguen á su mayor edad.
