Decreto 3673 de 2003 · por el cual se modifican los aranceles para la carne de bovino y se establecen unos contingentes de acceso preferencial.

º . Los contingentes establecidos en el artículo 3º del presente decreto ingresarán al territorio aduanero colombiano con un arancel de 20%. Dichos contingentes serán reglamentados y administrados por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, previo concepto del Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior.

Parágrafo

Una vez agotado el contingente se reestablecerán los aranceles de que tratan los artículos 1º y 2º del presente decreto.
