El Registrador distrital o municipal comunicará al respectivo alcalde, los nombres de los candidatos electos como consejeros, dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la elección, y expedirá a cada joven electo, una credencial que lo acredite como miembro del Consejo Distrital o Municipal de Juventud.
