En el caso de que el estudio a que se refiere el artículo anterior, resultare favorable, el Gobierno procederá a establecer la salina marítima en el lugar indicado por la técnica y realizara la otra directamente o por administración delegada. Al efecto queda ampliamente autorizado para organizar aquella, en la forma que considere más conveniente, así como para celebrar con el Banco de la Republica, o con otra entidad que le ofrezca suficiente garantía, los contratos a que hubiere lugar, en orden a la realización de tal obra.
