El Director Nacional de Administración Judicial, el Secretario de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria y los miembros de los consejos seccionales de la judicatura se posesionarán ante el Presidente del Consejo Superior. Los demás funcionarios y empleados, ante el Secretario General o el funcionario a quien se le delegue. Los directores seccionales se posesionarán ante el Presidente del respectivo Consejo Seccional.
