División Financiera . La División de Presupuesto, que en lo sucesivo se denominará División Financiera, tendrá a su cargo las siguientes funciones adicionales a las contempladas en el artículo 24 del Decreto 2119 de 1992

a)

Adelantar las actividades y trámites relativos a la ejecución financiera y presupuestal del Ministerio de Minas y Energía;

b)

Llevar los registros contables exigidos por las reglamentaciones vigentes;

c)

Presentar los balances del Ministerio de Minas y Energía ante los organismos competentes;

d)

Tramitar el pago por cuentas a los Proveedores del Ministerio;

e)

Realizar un seguimiento permanente a las cuentas registradas en Tesorería;

f)

Rendir y suministrar la información presupuestal y financiera requerida por los organismos competentes.
