Art. 4.° Si a la espedicion de esta lei se hubieren importado ya los efectos consecuentes a la construccion del puente a que se alude en el artículo 1,° el importe de los derechos que hayan causado les será devuelto a los empresarios de la obra por el Administrador de la Aduana respectiva.
