Art. 53. Los remates se harán ante el Juez de la causa, entre las diez de la mañana y las cuatro de la tarde.

El Juez señalará la hora en que deba principiar la licitación, y no cerrara el remate sino después de haber transcurrido dos horas, cuando menos,de principiada la licitación y previo anuncio de que va a cerrar el remate.
