Se establece prelación en las diligencias, actuaciones y juicios relativos a los delitos de que trata esta Ley y las de prensa; en tal virtud, los funcionarios públicos les darán preferencia respecto de toda clase de asuntos, a fin de que sean despachados precisamente dentro de los términos legales. La infracción a lo dispuesto en este Artículo se castigara con multas sucesivas de diez pesos ($10) a cincuenta pesos ($ 50), que impondrán, a solicitud del Ministerio Publico, los Tribunales, a los Jueces

de Prensa y Orden Publico, y la Corte Suprema, a lo Magistrados del Tribunal.
