Article 10

Cuando Un Suscriptor Residencial Solicite La Suspensión Temporal Del Servicio De Energía Eléctrica, La Empresa Podrá Cobrar Como Máximo El 30% Del Valor Mínimo Mensual Por Cada Mes

Cuando un suscriptor residencial solicite la suspensión temporal del servicio de energía eléctrica, la empresa podrá cobrar como máximo el 30% del valor mínimo mensual por cada mes.

Parágrafo

Tales suspensiones solo podrán solicitarlas los suscriptores residenciales que tengan servicio por contador, y no podrán ser menores de un mes para los efectos de la liquidación.
