El Departamento del Magdalena tendrá un auxilio igual al fijado en el artículo 1° del Departamento del Atlántico y con el mismo fin expresado. Las disposiciones contenidas en los artículo 2°, 3° y 4° son aplicables al Departamento del Magdalena y sus municipios.
