Artículo quinto. Antes de refrendar cualquier título que confiera autorización para el ejercicio de las profesiones médica, odontológica o farmacéutica, la Junta respectiva se cerciorará de que el titular o solicitante no ha ejercido dicha profesión en tiempo alguno, y al efecto, podrá emplear todos los medios de investigación y prueba autorizados por la ley.
