Los Jurados de Votación deben ser ciudadanos en ejercicio, y tendrán las siguientes condiciones. 1ª Recibir los votos de los ciudadanos que tienen derecho a votar en la respectiva mesa. 2ª Llevar el registro de votantes. 3ª Hacer el recuento de los votos emitidos en la mesa, y levantar y firmar el acta de escrutinio.
